Smyrno

Smyrno is a planet in the Anacreon Province, a little less than 50 parsecs from Terminus. Once an Imperial prefecture, it became one of the Four Kingdoms that broke away from the Galactic Empire, and it had no nuclear power until the Foundation arrived. The planet is hot and dry, its rooms smell of sulphur, and its people live underground. Its most famous citizen is the trader Hober Mallow; Smyrnians are often discriminated against by Foundation members.
