Fire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem is a 2010 tactical role-playing game for the Nintendo DS, released only in Japan in July 2010. The twelfth Fire Emblem game, it remakes the Super Famicom title Mystery of the Emblem.

Lore & Background
Its story follows the original Mystery of the Emblem, with a customizable Avatar as the main character alongside Marth, hero of Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light. It also adapts the Satellaview game BS Fire Emblem as four extra episodes, the New Archanea Chronicles. The staff built it from the original Mystery of the Emblem rather than from the 2008 DS remake of Shadow Dragon.
