Princess Wensicia

Princess Wensicia is the third daughter of Padishah Emperor Shaddam IV and the Bene Gesserit Anirul, and the younger sister of Princess Irulan. She attempted to assassinate Paul's twin heirs, Leto II and Ghanima, using mechanically controlled Laza tigers. Leto's prescience thwarted the attack, and he later feigned death. Farad'n, trained by Lady Jessica, eventually denounced and banished Wensicia for Leto's murder, though Leto later returned to rule. Wensicia is described as fair-haired with a heart-shaped face, and was not trained by the Bene Gesserit.
