Background
In life she was a harem girl who won the heart of a sultan, who promised her anything she wished for, until his jealous wife had her thrown out of the palace. After she died she came back as a wandering ghost genie. In "What You Want" a little girl at a swap meet breaks her bottle, and Desiree floods the place with cotton candy; she later gives Tucker the ghost powers he envies, and Danny beats her by wishing her into the Fenton Thermos. In "Memory Blank" she grants Sam's angry wish that she had never met Danny, which erases his powers, until Sam takes the wish back. She also turns up among Walker's prisoners in "Prisoners of Love", among the ghosts who help Danny in "The Fright Before Christmas", and in the finale "Phantom Planet".
