Background
At the start of the show Jazz thinks her parents' ghost obsession is silly and treats Danny as a child who needs guidance. She changes her mind about ghosts when she secretly sees Danny transform. She tries to question Sam and Tucker, gives up when they will not betray him, and decides to let Danny tell her when he is ready; until then she covers for him whenever he slips away to fight ghosts. Once Danny accepts that she knows, the two become much closer.
