Skulker
The Ghost Zone's greatest hunter - a tiny ghost in a giant battlesuit.
Skulker is a ghost hunter who prides himself on catching rare and unique creatures, and he wants Danny for his collection. His imposing mechanical body is really a battlesuit he designed, full of weapons and capture devices; inside it he is a tiny green blob of a ghost with a much higher voice.

Background
In "One of a Kind" he hunts Danny as a rare specimen, steals Tucker's PDA to power his suit, and ends up following Danny to the Amity Park Zoo, where a gorilla wrecks the suit and Danny catches him in the Fenton Thermos. Vlad hires him in "Bitter Reunions", he helps break out of Walker's prison in "Prisoners of Love", and in "The Ultimate Enemy" a future version of him shares a suit with Technus as Skulktech 9.9. In the finale "Phantom Planet" he speaks for the Ghost Zone's ghosts when they turn Danny away.
