The Final Battle
Vilgax and Albedo force Ben to give up the Omnitrix, and he destroys it rather than let them keep it.
"The Final Battle" is the two-part finale of Ben 10: Alien Force. Vilgax, banished from Earth earlier in the season, returns to take the Omnitrix and destroy Ben, this time allied with Albedo, who has stolen Azmuth's new device, the Ultimatrix.

Albedo uses the Ultimatrix to kidnap Gwen and Kevin and shows that he has modified it to evolve his forms into "ultimate" versions; as Ultimate Humungousaur he beats Ben easily. Vilgax arrives with an army of robotic bioids and demands the Omnitrix in exchange for Ben's friends, and Ben hands it over. Max rescues the three, and Vilgax betrays Albedo: his bioids are synchronized to the Omnitrix and can turn into its aliens on demand.

Ashamed, Ben gets a hint from Azmuth on how to win. The team teleports to Vilgax's ship, where Ben orders the Omnitrix to self-destruct; that cripples the bioid army and turns Kevin back to normal, but destroys the Omnitrix. Ben then starts the Ultimatrix's self-destruct to make Albedo hand it over, and fights Vilgax with it. Vilgax sets the ship on a collision course with Bellwood; Gwen and Max steer it into the ocean, and Ben gets out just before it explodes.
