Basketball Club Oostende, known for sponsorship reasons as Filou Oostende, is a Belgian professional basketball club based in Ostend, founded on 25 May 1970. It is the most successful basketball club in Belgian history, holding records for twenty-six Belgian League championships, nineteen Belgian Cups, and eleven Belgian Supercups. The club competes domestically in the BNXT League and internationally in the Basketball Champions League.

The club was founded on 25 May 1970 as Sunair Oostende, with blue and yellow team colors. It started in the Belgian Second Division, won promotion in its first season, but immediately relegated from the First Division. BCO bounced back, promoted again, and never relegated thereafter. In the 1974–75 season, the club made its European debut in the Korać Cup. The first trophy came in 1979 with the Belgian Basketball Cup under head coach Ron Adams, and the first national title followed in 1981 under Roger Dutremble, beginning a streak of six straight league championships. In 1988, the club won its only BeNeLux Cup.
