The Kian is an Iranian military drone developed by the Iranian Air Force's own drone unit. Unveiled in September 2019, it serves combat and defense roles and comes in two versions. Designed for high-speed interception, reconnaissance, and long-endurance missions, it can carry out precise operations. The drone has a range of over 1,000 kilometers and can reach an altitude of 5,000 meters. Its wingspan is between 3.5 and 4 meters, with a length of about 4.5 meters—larger than the Kian-1 variant.
