Sylphie
Jake's hawk niece, blessed by Stormild and far too proud of it.
Sylphie is a Sylphian Hawk, the daughter of Hawkie and Mystie and the niece of Jake Thayne. Her parents used monster cores and a little of Jake's blood in a ritual on her egg, so she was born with the potential to reach B-grade. She grew up in Haven, near Jake's lakeside cottage in the Valley, and received the Divine Blessing of the Primordial Stormild through unusual means. She is known for her otherworldly cuteness and the arrogance of a Young Master.

Background
Born to Hawkie and Mystie, who worked monster cores and a little of Jake's blood into her egg, Sylphie hatched with the potential to reach B-grade. She grew up beside Jake's lakeside cottage in Haven's Valley, where the resident list dryly gives her role as "Freeloader". Through the Union Oath of Stormild — a promise she sums up as "Awesomest Uncle Jake" and "Bestest Bird Sylphie" agreeing to be forever friends — she and Jake fight almost as one being. Her wind skills grow from a simple green shield to the Mythical Sylphian Vortex Lance, a spinning lance of hyper-condensed wind.
