Tommy Miller
Joel's brother, who built the Jackson settlement.
Tommy is Joel's brother in The Last of Us, voiced by Jeffrey Pierce. At the outbreak he picks Joel and Joel's daughter, Sarah, up in his car to take them to safety.
Lore & Background
After Sarah's death the brothers survive together until their different outlooks drive them apart; Tommy joins the Fireflies, grows disillusioned, leaves them, and builds a settlement around a working power plant in Wyoming with his wife, Maria. Years later Joel arrives there and the brothers reunite. Tommy first refuses to take Ellie off Joel's hands, then agrees to take her to Marlene himself, before Joel and Ellie go on together.
