Bill
The paranoid survivalist of Lincoln, Massachusetts.
Bill is a survivalist and business partner of Joel and Tess in The Last of Us, voiced by W. Earl Brown. In his late 40s and paranoid, aggressive and distrustful, he lives alone in a heavily fortified town, Lincoln, Massachusetts, laden with traps.
Lore & Background
Joel finds him to call in a debt: a car to drive Ellie to Tommy's community. The only working battery lies in an unexplored part of town; at the high school it turns out to be missing, and in an abandoned house Bill finds that his former partner, Frank, has hanged himself after the two fell out. HBO's adaptation expanded his story in the episode "Long, Long Time", with Nick Offerman as Bill.
