Hovercraft

Hovercraft are the aircraft used in Panem. One removes Rue's body from the arena after Katniss covers it with flowers. At the end of the Quarter Quell, Katniss is picked up by a hovercraft carrying Haymitch, Finnick, Beetee and Plutarch Heavensbee and flown to District 13. In Mockingjay – Part 1, Katniss and Gale shoot down two Capitol hovercraft, and in the final attack a hovercraft with Capitol markings drops bombs on the children outside Snow's mansion.
