Tribunal
Almalexia, Sotha Sil and Vivec, the three living gods of Morrowind.
The Tribunal are a triumvirate of god-like beings who rule Morrowind and are worshipped by the Dark Elves: Almalexia, Sotha Sil and the poet god-king Vivec, who have ruled together for thousands of years. The central plot of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind revolves around the Tribunal and their struggle against a former ally, the demigod Dagoth Ur.
Lore & Background
The Tribunal's immortality is linked to the Heart of Lorkhan; once the Heart's power is undone, Vivec and the Tribunal become mortal again and Vivec's fate is left to the player. The Tribunal Temple normally persecutes to death anyone who claims to be the Nerevarine. In the Tribunal expansion the secretive Sotha Sil is found dead in his Clockwork City, and Almalexia, driven mad by the Heart of Lorkhan, claims she killed him and instigated the attack on Mournhold to gain more power over the citizens and the Tribunal.
