A Canadian science fiction TV program, Starhunter, had two seasons of episodes.[1]
Making and release
On Tuesday 29 May 2018, Starhunter: ReduX premiered on El Rey Network across the USA.[2] Posts on Sept 19 2014 stated that Starfield Indie acquired rights to go forward with a third season of 22 one-hour episodes.[3] Starhunter: ReduX combines both seasons with upgraded visual effects, a 4K transfer, a 16:9 aspect ratio, and additional newly filmed scenes.[2]

The epguides.com guide describes the premise as bounty hunters policing space colonies where criminals exploit weak governments.[4] The first season episode "The Man Who Sold the World" aired on 29 Nov 00.[4] The second season episode "Becoming Shiva" aired on 13 Sep 03.[4] A reviewer noted that Murray Melvin is a scene-stealer as the visual AI.[5]
The same reviewer stated that the second season is practically impossible to get cheap.[5] A comment on that review indicated Starhunter Redux is available on Amazon Prime in the UK and US.[5]
