Premise

Lloyd Nebulon is a green-skinned alien from the Verdigrean race who lives on the Intrepidville Space Station. His mother, Commander Norah Li Nebulon, runs the station, and his younger sister Francine has telekinetic and telepathic abilities. Lloyd’s friends are Eddie R. Horton, a red-haired human teenager; Kurt Blobberts, a large purple blob with one eye and low intelligence; and Douglas McNoggin, a giant brain with limbs and a face.

Characters

Lloyd P. Nebulon, voiced by Courtland Mead, is a 13-year-old Verdigrean who is generally kind and easygoing. Despite his mother's leadership of Intrepidville, he and his friends are considered dorks at Luna Vista Middle School and face disrespect and bullying from classmates, especially those in the popular circle. Lloyd has a crush on cheerleader Brittany Boviak, who secretly likes him back despite joining in the bullying. Commander Nora Li Nebulon, voiced by April Winchell, is the station's commander and Lloyd and Francine's single mother; she is authoritarian yet patient, caring, and supportive. Francine Nebulon, voiced by Nicolette Little, is Lloyd's younger sister who enjoys her doll Rosie and uses her telekinesis and telepathy; her favorite show is The Daisy Droid Girls. Station, voiced by Brian George, is the space station's computer that appears as an eyeball on a wire and tends to be neurotic and dismissive. Edward R. 'Eddie' Horton, voiced by Justin Shenkarow, is Lloyd's human best friend with wavy orange hair who tries to act cool; his father is a police officer. Douglas McNoggin, voiced by Pamela Hayden, is a Cerebellian resembling a brain with limbs. Kurt Blobberts, voiced by Bill Fagerbakke, is a large, one-eyed Blobullon who is slow-witted but kind; his head can be removed and still function. Other characters include the Zeptar's Bandit, a lowly criminal voiced by Danny Cooksey; Frontok, a space pirate captain voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson; the Pick-pocket, a criminal caught by Eddie's dad; Kurtlas, a fusion of Douglas and Kurt who becomes a bully; and the Preditalien, a monster that attacks Intrepidville from year X27 to X37.
