Premise
The series followed 12 engaged or already married women who competed for a dream wedding and plastic surgery. Each contestant had a wishlist of procedures; the winner of each week's wedding-themed challenge received one surgery from her list. The overall winner obtained her entire wishlist and the wedding of her dreams. Her husband did not see her until she revealed her new look on their wedding day. Shanna Moakler hosted, and Dr. Terry Dubrow performed the surgeries.
Elimination and voting chart
The competition began with a hand-raise vote among the brides to eliminate either Alexandra or Ashley. Starting with the second episode, voting shifted to the RSVP Ceremony. Kristen completed the first challenge first but only received botox, not any surgery from her Wish List. In episode six, Jenessa was the top bride; because Netty and Lisa Marie tied, Jenessa cast the deciding vote to keep Lisa Marie. Cheyenne, Dominique, and Jenessa faced a quiz challenge that automatically eliminated one of them, and Cheyenne lost. As the previous top bride, Allyson chose her finale opponent at the RSVP Ceremony, picking Jenessa. At the Final RSVP Ceremony, Lisa Marie’s vote was not shown because Allyson already had enough votes to win. A chart identifies the winner, the top bride, the safe bride who voted to save someone, the bottom bride at risk, the bride eliminated by receiving the fewest votes, and the bride who lost a challenge and was immediately cut.
