Episode summary

The groups were Jess, Aaron, Bo; Tigerlily, Indashio, Genelle; Chris, Coxy, Handry; and Joachim, Matt, Preston. Tigerlily, Indashio, and Genelle won; Coxy and Aaron were eliminated. The hot trend challenge involved styling an outfit for actress Aimee Garcia, with the winning group's design worn at a red carpet event. Preston and Handry won; Genelle was eliminated. Later, Jess, Chris, and Preston won; Matt was eliminated. Guest judge A Cursive Memory appeared. The challenge required teams to design a look for a starlet leaving a nightclub under paparazzi scrutiny. Joachim's drinking embarrassed the team, and he was eliminated. The stylists then had to take a signature item from the past and revolutionize it to current style.
