Famous Food

Seven celebrities compete for a restaurant partnership in Hollywood.

Famous Food, a VH1 reality show, debuted on July 10, 2011. The series followed seven celebrities attempting to open and co-own a Hollywood restaurant with owners Mike Malin, a Big Brother 2 and All-Stars champion, and Lonnie Moore of The Dolce Group. After low ratings, VH1 moved the show to Wednesdays at 8/7c starting July 20. DJ Paul initially won a partnership, but a twist gave a second stake to Danielle Staub. The resulting restaurant, Lemon Basket, shut down after only five months.
