Pyro

The flamethrower mercenary who sees the war as Pyroland.

The Pyro is one of the nine playable classes of Team Fortress 2, the mercenaries hired by the rival heirs Redmond and Blutarch Mann to fight the Gravel Wars. By default the Pyro carries a flamethrower, a shotgun and a fire axe.

Reader's Guide

Besides fire, the flamethrower can push out blasts of compressed air that knock back nearby enemies and projectiles and put out burning teammates. The Pyro is deluded, believing they live in a utopian fantasy world called Pyroland. 'Meet the Pyro', released on 27 June 2012, was the last video of the Meet the Team series.
