Kikuoka Seijirou
The Ministry of Internal Affairs official who debriefed Kirito after SAO and plays ALO as Chrysheight.
Seijirō Kikuoka is a Japanese government official in Sword Art Online, a member of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. After the SAO incident he interviewed Kazuto Kirigaya about what had happened inside the game, trading that cooperation for news of where Asuna was.
Lore & Background
He meets Kazuto again after the Fairy Dance arc to go over the events of SAO and ALO once more. He also plays ALfheim Online himself under the name Chrysheight, and later asks Kirito to look into the Death Gun killings in Gun Gale Online. After the raid on Rath he fakes his own death so the government cannot blame him for the incident, and works on a plan to stop the government from seizing Alice by having people keep interacting with artificial fluctlights.
