DJ Octavio
The Octarian commander who keeps stealing the Great Zapfish.
DJ Octavio is the leader of the Octarians in the Splatoon series and the wartime arch-rival of Cap'n Cuttlefish. After the Inklings won the Great Turf War about a century before the first game, he vowed revenge, and he twice manages to steal the Great Zapfish, the power source of Inkopolis.

Background
In Splatoon he holds the Zapfish and the kidnapped Cuttlefish in his arena until Agent 3 defeats him. In Splatoon 2 he brainwashes Callie and uses the Great Zapfish to power his DJ stage, the Octobot King, and is beaten by Agent 4, Marie and Callie. In Splatoon 3 he is blamed again but denies taking the Zapfish; the real culprit is Mr. Grizz, and Octavio helps Agent 3 and Smallfry defeat him.
