Agent 2 is the secret identity of Marie, one half of the Squid Sisters pop duo in the Splatoon series. In the first game's campaign she and her cousin Callie, as Agents 1 and 2 of the New Squidbeak Splatoon, help Agent 3 by radio and reveal their identity by playing "Calamari Inkantation" over DJ Octavio's speakers.

Background
Splatoon 2 opens two years later, after Marie beat Callie in the first game's final Splatfest. Returning from a visit to her parents, Marie finds that the Great Zapfish and Callie are both missing, takes up her role as Agent 2 again and recruits an Inkling as Agent 4. With the weapons expert Sheldon she frees Callie from Octavio's brainwashing. In Splatoon 3 she and Callie guide the player through Alterna, and the idol trio Deep Cut end up as her employees.
