Synopsis

In 2050, the temporal agency Alice sends clients back in time to see deceased loved ones and polices time incursions. Agents Yoon Tae-yi and Yoo Min-hyuk travel to 1992 Seoul to find the Book of Prophecy, which predicts fates and the end of time travel. Lee Se-hoon, an agent of the rogue group the Teacher, murders young Tae-yi's father for the book. Before dying, the father gives the final page to little Tae-yi. Tae-yi and Min-hyuk acquire the book and have Se-hoon arrested. After learning she is pregnant by Min-hyuk, he advises abortion due to radiation risks from time travel. Tae-yi disappears with the book and raises her son alone as Park Sun-young. Her son Park Jin-gyeom is born with Alexithymia, unable to recognize emotions, and unknowingly can manipulate time in life-or-death situations. In 2010, he finds his mother murdered and vows to find her killer. Detective Go Hyeon-seok and classmate Kim Do-yeon care for him. By 2020, Jin-gyeom becomes a detective and learns about time travelers, Alice, the Teacher, and the truth behind his mother's death.
