Plot
Detective Oh Jae-pyo found a barcode carved into the skin of Choi Eun-seol’s murdered parents. The sole surviving witness, Eun-seol, lay in a coma. That same night at the hospital, Choi Moo-gak visited his younger sister, also named Choi Eun-seol, who had minor injuries from a bus crash. When he returned to her bed, she was dead, her throat cut. Six months later, Eun-seol woke up. She remembered nothing from before the coma, and her left eye had turned blue for no known reason. She could now see smells as colors and shapes, and follow people by their lingering scent trails. To protect her, Jae-pyo adopted her, gave her a new identity as Oh Cho-rim, and told her he was her real father. Three and a half years later, Cho-rim is cheerful and works as a gofer for a small theater group called Frog Troupe, dreaming of becoming a comedian.
Cast
Park Yoo-chun plays Detective Choi Moo-gak, the male lead. After his sister's murder, he becomes a police inspector, desensitised and unable to smell or taste. Shin Se-kyung portrays Oh Cho-rim/Choi Eun-seol, the female lead who witnessed her parents' murder and gained the ability to see smells. She teams with Moo-gak to solve barcode murders. Namkoong Min plays Chef Kwon Jae-hee/Jay Kwon Ford. Yoon Jin-seo plays Yeom Mi. Jung In-gi plays Oh Jae-pyo.
