Background
Jax collects immunity agreements for the club and for Tara from DA Patterson and tells her where she can find Galen O'Shay and his guns. The Sons ambush Clay's transport, blast through its bulletproof glass and take him to an airport hangar, where Galen and his men are killed. Clay knows what is coming and stands where the story Jax will tell needs him; with Gemma, Tara and Nero watching through the office window, Jax shoots him in the neck and then fires more rounds into his body. When Connor arrives, Jax tells him that a side deal between Clay and Galen went bad, that Clay shot Galen and his men, and that the Sons then shot Clay.
