Background
Jax burns his father's manuscript and the family papers from Gemma's storage locker, leaves his rings on Opie's and Tara's graves, and the club patches in T.O. Cross after the charters agree to admit black members. He sets the Irish up and the Sons kill Brendan Roarke and his men. He then tells DA Patterson on the record that Gemma, not the Chinese, killed Tara and that Juice killed Roosevelt to protect her. In broad daylight he shoots Charles Barosky in his bakery and kills August Marks on the courthouse steps. The club votes unanimously for his mayhem, and Jax tells Nero his sons must grow up hating the thought of him. Chased by police, he rides to the place where his father crashed, then steers straight at an oncoming Papa's Goods truck, arms raised and eyes closed. Chibs is left with the president's patch.
