Filip 'Chibs' Telford (Tommy Flanagan) is a SAMCRO member born in Glasgow and raised in Belfast. He is the club's connection to the IRA gun trade and, like most of the members, works as a mechanic at Teller-Morrow.

Background
Chibs served briefly as a combat medic in the British Army before a court martial, then belonged to the Real IRA until Jimmy O'Phelan cast him out, scarred his face and took his wife Fiona and daughter Kerrianne. He rode with the club's Belfast charter, SAMBEL, before moving to America and joining SAMCRO. Fiercely loyal to Jax, he is sergeant-at-arms in seasons 5 and 6 and vice president afterwards; when Jax is cast out in the series finale, he picks Chibs to succeed him as president, the role Chibs holds when he appears in Mayans M.C.
