Cross-buy on PS Vita/PS3
Buy Thieves in Time on PS3, get the Vita version free.
Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time (2013) was part of Sony's cross-buy program: buying the PlayStation 3 version gave a free copy of the PlayStation Vita version through the PlayStation Network. It did not work the other way round; buying the Vita version did not include the PS3 game.

Reader's Guide
Critics welcomed cross-buy and urged Sony to use it again, though some disliked needing the Vita as a viewfinder for masks and clues, and one reviewer noted the frame rate dropped from 60fps to 30fps on the Vita.
Owners of both versions could use the Vita as "a set of x-ray goggles", finding hidden collectibles anywhere in the world through augmented reality.
