The Abandoned Airport

An abandoned airfield is the haunted site of a Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! mystery. When the Mystery Machine runs out of gas in front of a rural farmhouse, the farmer warns the gang of an abandoned airfield nearby that is haunted by a flying saucer and its ghostly extraterrestrial pilot, the Space Kook. The Spooky Space Kook was the disguise of Henry Bascomb, the farmer's next-door neighbor. In Trick or Treat Scooby-Doo!, Bascomb is shown to still be in prison after Mystery Inc. thwarted his plot.
