Ozwell E. Spencer
The cold-hearted visionary who sought to evolve humanity through biological horror.
Ozwell E. Spencer is the fictional co-founder and owner of the Umbrella Corporation. He constructed Spencer Mansion within the Arklay Mountains as a cover for a secret bioweapon laboratory known as the Arklay Research Facility. The mansion was designed by architect George Trevor. Spencer is later killed by Albert Wesker in the events preceding Resident Evil 5, after which Chris and Jill raid a similar mansion and confront Wesker.
