Lore & Background
Uncle claims to have had several wives, to have travelled widely, to have been a talented gunslinger in his youth and to suffer from terminal lumbago. In Red Dead Redemption 2 he goes to Valentine with Arthur, Karen, Mary-Beth and Tilly, robs a supposedly unguarded stagecoach of Leviticus Cornwall with Arthur, Bill and Charles, and finds Molly at a bar in Saint Denis. When the gang begins to fall apart, he leaves.
Reader's Guide
In 1907 Uncle reunites with John in Blackwater, tracks down Charles, and the two help John build his ranch. The Skinner brothers capture and torture him, but John and Charles rescue him. In Red Dead Redemption, set in 1911, he looks after John's farm poorly in John's absence, and when soldiers and agents led by Edgar Ross attack the ranch he joins John in defending it and is shot and killed.
