Angelo Bronte
The Saint Denis crime lord who crossed Dutch van der Linde.
Angelo Bronte is a wealthy Italian businessman and crime lord in Saint Denis in Red Dead Redemption 2, played by Jim Pirri. He returns the kidnapped Jack Marston to the gang, then sends them into a trap, and Dutch van der Linde kills him for it.

Lore & Background
Angelo Bronte bought Jack Marston from the Braithwaite family after they abducted the boy, and Arthur, Dutch and John met with him to arrange Jack's safe return. Bronte then told Dutch about a wealth of money at the trolley station and gave his blessing to rob it. The heist was a trap: the money was minimal and the police were waiting. After the gang escaped, Dutch vowed revenge. With other gang members he assaulted Bronte's mansion, captured him, drowned him and fed him to an alligator.

Bronte is one of the powerful opponents the gang meets in Saint Denis, alongside the oil magnate Leviticus Cornwall. Benjamin Byron Davis, who plays Dutch, felt that Bronte was the man Dutch wanted to be, which led to the events between the two, and Arthur Morgan finds Dutch's violent outburst against him uncharacteristic.
