The Hits 2 is a compilation album by American recording artist Prince, released on September 10, 1993, by Paisley Park Records and Warner Bros. Records. It is one of two discs from the box set The Hits/The B-Sides that were released separately.

The Hits 2 was released on the same day as The Hits 1 and the full box set The Hits/The B-Sides. Most songs on the disc are presented in their edited single form, with exceptions including "Alphabet St.", "7", "Little Red Corvette", "Sexy MF", "Let's Go Crazy", and "Purple Rain".

In Their Own Story

The neon sign flickered above the record shop, casting a purple glow onto the pavement below.
