How it changed
Akita Shoten's Princess magazine has been the publication venue for the series since 1976.[2] Another pause began on August 3, 2023, lasting four months until the series resumed on December 6.[2] Pony Canyon released two anime drama CDs based on the manga in 1990.[3] A stage musical adaptation of the manga premiered in 2016.[3]
The musical's initial performances ran from 5 to 27 August 2016 at Tokyo's Imperial Theatre.[4] A second series of performances occurred from 8 April to 7 May 2017, also at the Imperial Theatre in Tokyo.[4]
What the maker and period sources say
The report indicates that the release was postponed because the cover designer made an inappropriate post.[5] Consequently, Kim Đồng changed the artist and the designer issued an apology.[5]
