Lin Kuei
The Chinese clan of Sub-Zero.
The Lin Kuei is the clan of Sub-Zero, a Chinese order of warriors. Both men to use the Sub-Zero name, the brothers Bi-Han and Kuai Liang, are Lin Kuei who can control ice. Sub-Zero's creator John Tobias drew on the book China's Ninja Connection, which argues that the real Lin Kuei existed and influenced the Japanese ninja.
