HC Dukla Jihlava is a Czech ice hockey club established in 1956. The team dominated the Czechoslovak Extraliga, claiming the national championship twelve times. Their title runs included six straight victories starting in 1967, another win in 1974, four consecutive championships from 1982, and a final title in 1991. Following relegation from the Czech Extraliga in the 2017–18 season, the club has competed in the Czech 1. liga as of 2019. HC Dukla Jihlava was founded in 1956 and quickly became a powerhouse in Czechoslovak ice hockey. The team won six consecutive Czechoslovak Extraliga championships from 1967 to 1972, then added another title in 1974. A second streak of four consecutive championships began in 1982, and the club secured its twelfth and final Extraliga title in 1991.
After the dissolution of Czechoslovakia, the team continued in the Czech league system. It was relegated from the Czech Extraliga in the 2017–18 season and, as of 2019, plays in the Czech 1. liga. The club has also achieved success in the Czech 1. Liga, winning that competition six times, most recently in the 2025–26 season.
