Bílí Tygři Liberec (Liberec White Tigers) is a professional ice hockey team from Liberec, Czech Republic. They play in the Czech Extraliga, the country's top professional league.
The club traces its origins to 1934, when the first hockey team in Liberec was founded as SK Rapid Horní Růžodol. After World War II, two separate sections existed: Jiskra Kolora and Tatran. In 1956, a new rink was built, and the clubs merged to become TJ Lokomotiva Liberec. The name changed to TJ Stadion Liberec in 1961. From 1985, the team’s performance declined, and it dropped to the third-tier competition. The current name was adopted in 2000, and the club returned to the Extraliga in 2002. On October 5, 2010, Liberec became the first Czech hockey club to host an NHL team on home ice, playing a preparatory match against the Boston Bruins. The team won its first Czech championship in the 2015–16 season.
Honours include one Czech Extraliga title (2015–16), runner-up finishes in 2016–17, 2018–19, and 2020–21, and third-place finishes in 2004–05 and 2006–07. In the Czech 1. Liga, the club won the championship in 2001–02 and was runner-up in 1997–98 and 2000–01.
