Denis Parshin (born 1 February 1986 in Rybinsk, USSR) is a Russian professional ice hockey left wing currently playing for Metallurg Zhlobin of the Belarusian Extraleague (BXL). He was drafted by the Colorado Avalanche in the third round, 72nd overall, in the 2004 NHL entry draft.

Playing career
Denis Parshin spent several seasons with HC CSKA Moscow in the KHL. He represented Russia at the U18 and U20 levels, and later played for the senior national team in EuroTour events. In the 2004 NHL draft, the Colorado Avalanche selected him in the third round, 72nd overall. He signed a three-year extension with CSKA on June 1, 2011. During his tenth season with the club in 2012–13, he managed two points in nine games before being traded to Salavat Yulaev Ufa on October 10, 2012, in exchange for Igor Grigorenko. With Salavat, he scored five goals in 29 games and finished the season on the injured list. On May 5, 2013, he was traded along with Sergei Sentyurin to Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod for Dmitri Makarov. In May 2014, he signed a three-year deal with Avangard Omsk, where he became the team’s top scorer in his first season, setting personal bests with 25 goals and 56 points. In the final year of that contract, he started the 2016–17 season on one of the club’s top two scoring lines, recording five goals and 12 points in 28 games before being traded back to Salavat Yulaev Ufa on November 24, 2016. On May 1, 2017, he returned to Torpedo on a one-year contract, and through the 2018–19 season he posted 16 goals and 41 points in 61 games. On May 1, 2019, he signed a two-year deal with Metallurg Magnitogorsk, scoring 10 goals in 49 games during the 2019–20 season before leaving to join HC Košice of the Slovak Extraliga on February 16, 2020. He recorded four points in nine games with Košice before the season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a free agent, he signed a one-year contract with Dinamo Riga on August 3, 2020.
