Platform 9¾

Platform 9¾ is the hidden platform at London's King's Cross station from which the Hogwarts Express leaves at the start of each school year, reached through the magical barrier between platforms 9 and 10. The train takes students to Hogsmeade Station. At the real King's Cross a sign, a plaque and a luggage trolley "stuck" in the wall mark the spot, and a film gate is kept at the National Railway Museum.
