The armed Faith that Cersei revived, and that turned on her.
In the television series Cersei Lannister, fearful of losing her power, meets the religious leader known as the High Sparrow, appoints him High Septon and gives him the authority to re-establish the Faith Militant.

Lore & Background
She uses them to weaken House Tyrell, having Loras arrested for his homosexuality and Margaery for perjury. The plan backfires when Lancel, now a member of the Faith Militant, confesses his affair with Cersei and his part in Robert's death and accuses her of incest, and the High Sparrow arrests her. She is made to walk naked through the streets of King's Landing as punishment for adultery; when Jaime confronts the High Sparrow at Myrcella's funeral, the arrival of the Faith Militant forces him to stand down.
Reader's Guide
Cersei answers by detonating a cache of wildfire beneath the Great Sept during Loras's trial, killing the High Sparrow, Margaery, Loras and the rest of the Small Council; the Faith Militant is wiped out in the blast, and Cersei claims the Iron Throne.
Cersei learns that Margaery is to make a walk of atonement before her own trial and has the Tyrell army march on the Sept of Baelor, but Margaery has joined the Faith and persuaded Tommen to merge Faith and Crown. Tommen abolishes trial by combat in favour of trial by the Seven.
