Wrath
The homunculus hidden behind the Fuhrer of Amestris.
In the manga and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Wrath, the Furious, is the true identity of King Bradley, the Fuhrer President who leads Amestris and its State Military. He presents himself as a kind, easygoing ruler but is in truth a hateful and brutal cynic. A deadly swordsman, he also has the 'Ultimate Eye', an eye marked with the Ouroboros and usually hidden under an eyepatch, which lets him predict an opponent's next move.

Lore & Background
Bradley began as a human, one of a group of children raised and trained to become the ideal leader of Amestris. When Father's Philosopher's Stone was put into their blood, only he survived. Unlike the other homunculi he still ages, and his ageing body cannot keep up with what his eye foresees. Because homunculi cannot have children, he was given a family for appearances: a wife he chose himself and a son, Selim, who is really his older brother Pride.
Reader's Guide
The first anime changes the role: there Bradley is Pride, and Wrath is a separate homunculus who came from Izumi Curtis's failed attempt to bring back her infant child. He grew up beyond the Gate of Truth and took the arm and leg Edward lost, which let him use alchemy and come to Amestris; he later sides with the Elrics and gets automail from Winry. In Conqueror of Shamballa he fights Gluttony so that Alphonse can use them both to open the Gate, and he is reunited with Izumi's spirit.
Already wounded in fights with Buccaneer, Fu and Greed, Bradley takes fatal injuries in his battle with Scar. As his body ages rapidly at the end, he concludes that although Father controlled his whole life, he lived a good life because of humans.
