Sig Curtis

Sig Curtis is the burly husband of Izumi Curtis and proprietor of Curtis Meats. When Izumi trained the Elric brothers, Sig was often the voice of reason. He cannot perform alchemy like Izumi, but he is shown to have great fighting skills, taking down most of the chimeras at the Devil's Nest. He is voiced by Seiji Sasaki in the Japanese version of the anime and by Bob Carter in the English dub.
