Lani Jean Minella (born July 28, 1950) is an American voice actress, voice director, and producer mostly working in the games industry. She is the founder and owner of the voice-acting agency AudioGodz. As of August 2024, Minella was recognized by Guinness World Records as the most prolific video game voice actress.

In 1996, Minella worked on the major first-person shooter video game Duke Nukem 3D as voice director and actress, voicing most of the female characters in the series. She helped cast the voice actor of Duke Nukem, Jon St. John, after meeting him in San Diego.

The sky was a bruised purple, the air thick with the stench of ozone and alien blood. Duke Nukem kicked open a door to a strip club, the neon sign flickering 'Pig Cops' in the window. A group of alien troopers were groping a dancer, their slimy tentacles wrapping around her. Duke raised his shotgun. 'Time to kick ass and chew bubblegum... and I'm all out of gum.' The room erupted in a hail of lead and green ichor, the jukebox still playing a tinny version of 'Grabbag' as the last alien fell.
