In Their Own Story
The neon sign flickers 'LIVE NUDE GIRLS' as Duke kicks open the door. Inside, the air is thick with smoke and the thump of a jukebox. A dancer on stage winks, and Duke grins, tossing a few bills onto the stage. He ignores the slot machines for now, instead scanning the room for anything useful. A poster on the wall looks loose—he tears it down to reveal a hidden switch. The back wall slides open, revealing a cache of shotgun shells and a medkit. 'Hail to the king, baby,' he mutters, reloading. The dancers don't seem to mind the intrusion; they've seen it all before.
