Lore & Background

Corvus is the protagonist of the *Heretic* series, a champion of the elven race who wields magical weapons and fights against the forces of darkness. In *Duke Nukem 3D: Atomic Edition*, he appears as a bonus skin, allowing players to experience Duke's adventure with a different look and feel.

In Their Own Story

The portal shimmered in the middle of a Los Angeles strip club. Corvus stepped through, his cloak still smoldering from the fires of Parthoris. He blinked at the neon glow, the blaring rock music, and the scantily clad dancers. 'This is not the Serpent Riders' doing,' he muttered, gripping his staff. A pig-faced creature in a suit charged at him, and Corvus instinctively cast a bolt of green energy. The pig exploded. 'Duke's world,' he whispered, and began his new, unholy crusade.
