Reader's Guide
The arc was praised for improved animation; one review called episode 39, with Goku and Hit's fight, possibly the best of the series so far.
Vegeta beats Frost, Magetta and Cabba but loses to the assassin Hit. During the tournament Goku reveals he can combine Super Saiyan Blue with the Kaiō-ken. Hit finally turns on Champa and throws his match against Monaka by eliminating himself. Universe 7 wins and uses the Super Dragon Balls, and Beerus wishes to restore Universe 6's Earth. Zeno first appears in the aftermath.
