Zeno

Zeno is the ruler of all twelve universes." He is first mentioned when the tournament between Universe 6 and Universe 7 draws his attention, and he wishes to watch another tournament involving the rest of the universes in the future. He befriends Goku with a handshake. His power is absolute, as seen when Future Zeno erases the future timeline and when both Zenos hold the Tournament of Power, where defeated universes are erased from existence. Despite this, he has a childlike demeanor, befriending Goku and playing with his Future counterpart.
