Boots of Travel
Winged boots that upgrade the Town Portal Scroll.
Boots of Travel is an Accessories item in the Base Shop, made from Boots of Speed and a recipe. It gives a large movement speed bonus and upgrades the hero's Town Portal Scroll so it can target units, has a shorter cooldown and uses no charge. Buying the recipe again makes Boots of Travel 2, which can also teleport to allied heroes.
Background
Its lore describes winged boots that let the wearer be everywhere at once.
