Eye of Skadi is an Artifacts item in the Main Shop assembled from Secret Shop parts: two Ultimate Orbs and an Orb of Frost. It gives 35 to every attribute, and its passive, Cold Attack, makes attacks slow enemy movement and attack speed and reduce their healing and regeneration.

Its lore calls it an extremely rare artifact guarded by the azure dragons.
